If you feel this is more effective for your leg development and leverages than yes.

Use something that you can consistently use and monitor that is effective for you. Single or dual arm cable variations work great for me as an example.

You can do them on the days that suit you best the goal is to not be in the gym every day.

Just do this for all myo rep sets 
Complete a set of 15 hard reps where you could get a maximum of 17 reps with perfect form 

From here – take 5 deep breaths in and out. then complete a set of 5. Continue to do 5 deep breaths followed by 5 reps until you can no longer complete a proper 5 reps.

Again warm ups are very individual to you and your needs what might work for me might not for you and vice versa.  I would do both or more movement specific work.

Yes but under control.  I want you moving under control but assertively within the muscle that is being trained. 

As the weight increases work your way down in reps. 

This is very dependent on your learning your body and how much weight you are using you will need to do more warm-ups for a squat, hack squat or leg press and also take into consideration your relative strength in order to answer this. This is something you will need to learn for yourself over time. 

For example, if you are going to be doing Leg press and your working set is going to be at 5 plates aside I would still do every weight increment at a time in one plate increments you just do not need to do a ton of reps but also need to do enough reps to ensure you are properly warm to work as hard as you can on your working sets. 

Example 
1 plate per side x 15 
2pps x 10 
3pps x 8 
4pps x 5 
5pps x (now you are working and take the set as far as you can) 
6. For isolation movements how many warm-up sets do I need to do before working sets?

Very individual but less than what you will need for compound sets. 

Yes that is correct trying to fully pull your belly button into your spine. Do these holds as laid out twice per week. 

I want you to approach this as when you are able to give adequate energy to give the most you can on a set. I do not want you going into a set with oxygen debt. Typically 90 second to 3 minutes depending on how demanding the movement is. 

I want you going to the point of failure without you compromising your form at all. I want you to be able to accomplish your last rep fully on your own but no more. This is learned overtime and more often than not you will be able to do more than you think but do not compromise your form.
